How to Apply
The application consists of the following eight sections:
- Title Page
- grant title, contact information, requested amount
- Narrative
- specific aims, background, preliminary studies, methodology, timeframe, consultants, facilities,
measure outcomes, and literature cited
- Abstract
- 150 word summary
- Total Project Budget
- AH&LEF Budget and Narrative
- Biographical Sketches
- Appendices
- support and access, consultants, instruments, human subjects review, and recommmendations
- Submission
- Applicants must submit completed applications in order for them to be reviewed. Once submitted,
applicants will not have the ability to edit the proposal.
